Abstract: Modern agriculture cannot be conducted without the introduction of innovative methods and technologies. In order to guarantee the food security of the Russian state, and even more so to switch to export-oriented development of agriculture, it is necessary to introduce relevant breakthrough scientific research in the field of crop production, animal husbandry and other agricultural activities into the agricultural sector. To date, a certain regulatory framework has been created in the Russian Federation governing relations for the development of scientific and technological progress in agriculture and the agroindustrial complex.
