Abstract: The danger of global famine in the early third millennium bypassed all the editions of the world. Ends oil era and the era when leading factor in world politics becomes food. Genetically-modified organisms are a panacea from hunger. The use of genetically-modified foods leads to a strong decrease in varietal diversity. Another real danger is dependence on manufacturers, producing countries. Overcoming of the global economic and financial crisis implies a denial of the destructive policy of the International Monetary Fund and the “contraceptive propaganda” of United Nations, what means the transition to the productive economy, the revolutionary development which is possible only in conditions of realization of great projects of infrastructure development. The myth of the mortal danger to population growth is easy to refute and purely mathematical methods. We need a state monopoly on genetically-modified organisms and the state Committee for state monopoly. Russia needs to put global projects, based on a really fundamental energy, biocosmic revolution, which requires the mobilization of the scientific-methodological, educational and industrial forces. Only in this case the patriotic movement of scientists in our country will be the intellectual leader, because it will know that is the next step of technological and socio-cultural development of the country and around the world.
