Abstract. In the context of import substitution, industrial hemp is acquiring strategic importance as a source of fiber, seeds, and biomass. The purpose of this study was to comprehensively investigate the effectiveness of growth stimulants in the cultivation of monoecious Central Russian hemp in the forest-steppe of Western Siberia. Methods. The research was conducted in 2022–2023 on the Surskaya and Nadezhda varieties. An innovative organomineral preparation based on bird droppings treated with nitric acid was used. The methodology included field experiments (randomized replicates), biometric measurements, assessment of photosynthetic activity, and statistical data processing. The scientific novelty. For the first time in Western Siberia, patterns of the influence of pre-sowing treatment of seeds and vegetative plants with a growth stimulant on key physiological processes and hemp productivity have been established. Results. Quantitative parameters of the interaction between genotype and stimulant factors were identified. The contribution of growth stimulants (36 %), genotype (27 %), and their interaction (11 %) to fiber yield was statistically proven. At a concentration of 0.01%, the following results were obtained: plant height increased by 24 %, and photosynthetic activity by 24–26 %. Fiber yield increased by 26 % (Surskaya variety) and 29 % (Nadezhda), fiber yield by an average of 25 %, and seed yield by 32 % and 30 %, respectively. These data confirm the high efficiency of the stimulant. Implementation of this development will improve crop productivity in various zones of Western Siberia.
