Abstract. Scientific research was conducted in 2022-2025 on the experimental field of the Federal Scientific Center for Hemp Crops in the Penza region. Purpose. The experiment studied the treatment of the soil of the experimental plot (factor A) with a soil biological fungicide based on the fungus Trichoderma harzianum “Sternifag, SP”, seeds (factor B) – with protective insecto- and immunizing fungicides “Selest Top, KS”, “Baksis, Zh”, “Baktofit, SP”, “Selest Top, KS” + “Baksis, Zh”, crops – with microbiological fungicidal preparations for the effective suppression of fungal and bacterial diseases “Baksis, Zh” and “Baktofit, SP” in order to determine the impact of the studied agrotechnical practices on the formation of the yield of hemp products. Methods. The study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines for conducting field and pot experiments with hemp. Seeds were treated with a “Klen PSB-0.01” seed treatment and incrustation machine two weeks before sowing. The field was sprayed immediately before sowing with the soil biofungicide “Sternifag, SP” at a rate of 80 g/ha, followed by incorporation into the soil with a KPS-4.2 cultivator. Foliar treatment of plants was performed at the 3rd and 5-6th leaf pair stage. Harvesting and crop collection were performed by manual mowing of the stems and threshing of harvested sheaves after they had dried in a field. The seed and stem yield was adjusted to standard moisture content. Scientific novelty. Methods for using biological preparations on the new Lyudmila hemp variety have been established to realize its production potential, with the goal of increasing the yield and quality of hemp products in the Middle Volga region. Results. The developed agricultural technology techniques ensure a high degree of protection against seed infection, the biological effectiveness of protective measures from 41.8 to 70.3 %, the formation of seed yields of more than 1.2 t/ha, stems more than 13 t/ha with a fiber content of up to 31.8%, with a total fiber yield of 3.94–4.88 t/ ha, seed oil content of up to 32.5 %. Pre-sowing soil treatment with the biological preparation “Sternifag, SP”, pre-sowing seed treatment with “Selest Top, KS” + “Baksis, Zh” and spraying of vegetative plants in the phase of 5 pairs of leaves with the biological preparation “Baksis, Zh” provides the greatest yield increases of 0.11 t/ha (seeds), 1.2 t/ha (stems) compared to the control.
