Abstract. The purpose of the study was to study the effectiveness of the use of organomineral fertilizer with trace elements and amino acid “OMEK Universal” on spring barley, spring wheat and soybeans in the soil and climatic conditions of the Belgorod region. Methods. This scientific work was carried out in the fields of the laboratory for the study of agricultural systems of the Belgorod State Agrarian University. The soil of the experimental site is typical medium–sized medium loamy chernozem on loess-like loam. The 0–40 cm layer contained, on average, 158–160 mg/kg of easily hydrolyzable nitrogen, 152–156 mg/kg of mobile phosphorus, 133–141 mg/kg of exchangeable potassium, 6.0 pH, and 5.0 % humus content. The placement of plots in the experiment was systematic, the repetition was threefold. The registered area of the plot is 50 m2 . Scientific novelty. For the first time in the south-west of the Central Chernozem region, the effectiveness of organomineral fertilizers was studied against the background of promising tillage technologies – Mini-till and No-till. Results. When studying the effect of cultivation technologies on the chemical quality of soybean grains and protein harvesting, it was found that the highest protein content (44.25 %) in soybean seeds is achieved using minimal tillage in crop rotation with sunflower. The yield of barley and spring wheat did not depend on the use of organic fertilizers. The positive effect of “OMEK Universal” on the yield of soybeans in crop rotation with sunflower has been established using the Mini-till system. The use of organomineral fertilizers had a positive effect on the gluten content in spring wheat grains in crop rotation with corn, reaching 37.6 %. The studied fertilizer is recommended for production when cultivating spring wheat according to the system of minimal tillage in crop rotation with sunflower to increase gluten, when cultivating soybeans in crop rotation with sunflower to increase yield.
