Abstract. On the background of growing global demand for food, increasing the yield and quality of winter wheat varieties, as the main export crop of the Russian Federation, is a priority for the plant growing industry. The purpose of the research is to identify valuable sources of technological and nutritional properties of grain among the accessions of the international winter wheat collection for breeding under conditions of Western Siberia. Methods. The experiment was conducted in 2023 and 2024 to study a collection of 90 winter bread wheat accessions from Russia, Bulgaria, Turkey, the USA and the international TCI program. The main technological traits of quality were studied and the content of macro- and microelements in grain was determined using atomic absorption spectrometry. Scientific novelty. Under conditions of Western Siberia new scientific data on the technological and nutritional properties of grain were obtained, accessions from collection were identified to expand the genetic diversity and grain quality of winter bread wheat varieties. According to research results, varieties Donna, Donskoy Surprise, Darunok Podilla, Gelibolu, KS13DH0030-32, SY Wolf, KS13DH0030-29, WBLL1*2/Kuruku/5/ Chuen-Mai 18…B1551 are the most productive genotypes (346–484 g/m2 ), which corresponded to the category of strong wheat by most characteristics and are recommended as initial material for winter wheat hybridization programs in Western Siberia. The varieties were identified that combine high yield (306–469 g/m2 ) with increased concentrations of 4–6 elements: Zhiva, Donskaya Lira, Zolushka, Doneko, Donskoy Syurpriz, K 18918, Donskaya Yubileynaya, Darunok Podilla, Gelibolu, Judee, KS13DH0039-99, TAM 200/Kauz//YU AI30…Kukuna, Bitop/ Mufitbey and are recommended as parental forms for biofortification programs of winter wheat varieties.
