Abstract. In modern agricultural production conditions in the Krasnodar region, increasing the profitability ofsweet corn cultivation requires the introduction of innovative approaches to plant nutrition systems. Consequently, developing effective technological elements for sweet corn cultivation becomes particularly important. Therefore, research on optimal and resource‑saving elements of nutrition technology for sweet corn-using mineral, organomineral, and microbiological fertilizers under the soil and climatic conditions of the Krasnodar Krai is highly relevant. Purpose. To study the productivity ofsweet corn depending on various forms of nitrogen fertilizers and foliar applications of organomineral and microbiological preparations in the central zone of the Krasnodar Krai. Methods. The study follows B. A. Dospekhov’s field experiment methodology, all records and observations were carried out in accordance with the state variety testing procedure. Scientific novelty. For the first time in the central zone of the Krasnodar Krai, the optimization of sweet corn nutrition systems has been scientifically substantiated. The study involved various forms of nitrogen fertilizers and foliar applications of organomineral and microbiological fertilizers to enhance the productivity of the hybrid Krasnodarskiy Sakharnyy 250 SV. Results. It has been established that the application of mineral, organomineral, and microbiological fertilizers consistently increased the productivity of sugar corn regardless of weather conditions. On average, the yield showed an increase of +0.74 ears per plant, 8.6 % in cob length and 1.25 t/ha (15.8 %) in grain yield. The greatest effect was achieved with the combined use of nitrogen fertilizers and the organomineral fertilizer “Polidon Bio Kukuruza”, which resulted in a +12.1 % increase in ear length and a +24.6 % increase in grain yield compared to the control variant.
