Abstract. The article is devoted to the actual problem of regional development of agriculture. The analysis of existing domestic and foreign sources related to the subject of the study. The methodological tools of the research include the dialectical method, the method of complex and system analysis, the complex of sociological methods: the analysis of legal sources, statistical information. Specific proposals were made to optimize this work, which can be used by employees of the WEB and the PC, representatives of ministries and departments interested in addressing issues of decriminalization in the field of agriculture. Ensuring economic and as a result of food security of the territory and the state as a whole is necessary for the further development of economic and social priorities of our society.
