Abstract: The immune system is an extremely complex multicomponent system and is highly sensitive to the effects of different factors. Currently, it is one of the main reasons for the significant increase in the incidence associated with impaired immunity and, above all, in violation of immunoregulatory processes. Reducing the natural resistance of animals most often occurs as a result of adverse action factors caused most of livestock products and adverse environmental factors. The main indicator of the breeding value of an animal is a high productive longevity, which includes three main features: high productivity, good reproductive performance and long-term economic use. Increasing the productivity of cattle and increase the production of high-quality livestock products is one of the important problems of agriculture. In addressing these challenges takes a leading position improving breeding and productive qualities of animals black and white breed, bred in many regions of the country. The high productivity of all kinds of animals is inextricably linked with intense functional activity of organs and systems. The use of antibiotics is one of the factors contributing to the increase in the incidence of immune deficiency. In addition, antibiotic drugs inhibit the body’s natural resistance to have a toxic effect on the fetus, reduce the quality of milk and manufactured milk products from it. Proven studies have shown that long-term use of antibiotics of the tetracycline group of calves causes inhibition of certain factors of nonspecific protection of an organism, with a decrease in serum bactericidal activity and phagocytic activity of leukocytes. Stress on the animal organism leads to a change in the nature of general behavioral responses characteristic changes in hematological and biochemical parameters of blood picture.
