Abstract: From support to agriculture and the entire agricultural sector, the rural economy with qualified personnel depends not only overcome the crisis on the agro-food market today, but also creating conditions for sustainable economic growth in the future. In the country you must have a quality agricultural education. The solution to these problems is possible only if technological modernization and innovative development of agrarian sector of economy on the basis of scientific achievements. To successfully implement the above objectives of modern agricultural policy right staff of highly qualified professionals and, above all, with higher agricultural education. A special task is the training of agricultural specialists with higher education, who should lead the innovative development of agricultural production and the agricultural sector. Its note also that without conducting scientific research is not at a high level and quality to conduct educational activities in the modern University. Organization of educational process rests on science and is reasonably requires allocation of state funds for research activities, the acquisition of new and modernization of existing scientific equipment and instruments. An important step in the development of University science could be the decision to participate in the implementation of targeted programs, supervised by the Ministry of agriculture of Russian agricultural universities. Today, it is important to understand that in the current economic conditions, we need innovative solutions aimed at qualitative development of higher agricultural education.
