Abstract: In the article describes the questions of organizational-economic mechanism of agro-industrial complex. The authors conducted a study of its key element is the price of agricultural products. Authors studied in detail the movement of prices of “bread” and the influence of these processes on the dynamics of the development of the agricultural sector. There is a general overview of the “upward” movement of prices during the crisis of the 90-ies of XX century. Also it’s indicated on a negative trend, which is observed in relation to agricultural production at low prices “bread” during the “zero” of the XXI century. It is noted that with the right impact on the movement of grain prices is accelerating the process of import substitution food. The impact on the price of grain “bread”, as a key element of the organizational-economic mechanism of agro-industrial complex, is essential in solving the problem of increasing the efficiency of production of grain and grain products in the agri- cultural farms. Their proper regulation should come from the idea of possible equilibrium prices of industrial and agricultural goods. It should eliminate the factors that cause painful and abnormal prices to deviate from this equilibrium. Organizationaleconomic mechanisms need to adjust the balance on the market. The price of “bread” is a key element of the organizationaleconomic mechanism of increasing agricultural productivity is the most important factor of strengthening food security in the country. It is noted that the price equivalence is a limiting factor in the development of production and introduction of the latest scientific developments in the agricultural sector. The creation of modern agriculture technology parks one of the measures of positive impact on the price movement. The authors recommend, based on their research, to actively create agro technology parks in the region. In the article showed the conclusion of interdependence and interrelation of each element of the organizational-economic mechanism of agro-industrial complex, and especially the prices of agricultural products. This is one of the first and contemporary articles on this topic, which increases its relevance.
