Abstract: The efficiency of special vocational and higher education, and advanced training of professionals working in real agrarian production, improves in case of engagement of high-level professionals introducing them into state-of-the art technologies. Efficiency increases more if the students are made familiar with the advanced technical solutions implemented at real industrial facilities and production processes they can see with their own eyes. Achieving these goals is possible only on the basis of use of the current “Internet telepresence” technologies: video broadcast of lectures, holding seminars and lectures with the possibility of back video communication with any participant, holding tours around enterprises, as well as private tuitions. “Internet telepresence” technologies are used in current systems for distribution of real-time multimedia built on the basis of IP networks. When implementing such systems for arranging classes, one may face the real-life problem of the limited bandwidth of Internet network segments, when they may become overloaded which results in crash of quality video communication. The scientific paper is dedicated to the research of the method of coping with overloads by re-linking viewers’ players to other servers from a large number of replicator servers of the multimedia traffic distribution network within an integrated Internet video system. Different formulations of the problem of re-linking in the environment of multimedia flows of different quality and the examples of their solution with the use of the developed software system are discussed. The conducted research has demonstrated that the proposed solutions may be used in real Internet video networks that they actually allow to cope with overloads, and also allow to increase the number of clients linked to the network, which, in its turn, allows improving the efficiency of the operation of Internet video systems in distribution of multimedia flows.
