Abstract: The development of a rural consumer cooperative can become one of the ways to increase the effectiveness of the agrarian and industrial complex functioning. Cooperation promotes the activation of free business activity, protects subjects of small forms of managing in agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan from monopolies. The aim of the research is to optimize manufacture and processing of agricultural production within the rural consumer cooperative. For carrying out the optimization methods of economical and mathematical modeling are used. Effectiveness of the production and processing activity of the enterprise in the agrarian and industrial complex sphere in many respects is defined by the rational use of the resource potential. Therefore the range of production made in the cooperative has to correspond to the available volumes of agricultural raw materials, and also labor, fodder and current monetary expenses. In this regard, the economical and mathematical model of manufacture and processing optimization of agricultural production was developed to solve the problem of the rational use of resource capacity in the rural consumer cooperative. The maximum of proceeds from sales of production of the rural consumer cooperative is accepted as a criterion of the optimality. The problem of optimization of manufacture and processing of production of the rural consumer cooperative is solved by means of a package of the lpx88 applied programs. The received solution allowed defining the optimum product range of rural consumer cooperative that will provide high profitability of manufacture and processing. Results of economical and mathematical modeling of manufacture and processing optimization of agricultural production and the revealed optimum opportunities of the resource potential use can be recommended for planning of activity of rural consumer cooperatives, and also for the development of regional programs of agro-industrial complex development.
