Abstract: JSC “Poultry “Sverdlovsk” is the largest producer of chicken eggs not only in the Ural region, but also in the Russian Fed- eration. JSC “Poultry “Sverdlovsk” contains more than 3 million birds, in the production activity employs more than 1.000 peo- ple, including in agriculture of about 800 people. In addition to poultry, JSC “Poultry “Sverdlovsk” contains cows more than 1.000 heads. The annual volume of production of eggs is about 1 billion units. Profit from sales of the company is amounts to more than 12 million rubles. Forms and systems of remuneration establish the relationship between the magnitudes of earnings on the one hand and the quantity and quality of labor on the other cause a certain order of its accrual, depending on the insti- tutional conditions of professional activity and results. The basis of remuneration in JSC “Poultry “Sverdlovsk” are the prices for the products are determined on the basis of the planned wage Fund and planned production. There are bonuses for the main results of economic activity of workers of poultry farms by results of work for the month, the heads of branches and structural units for the quarter. Analysis of remuneration and material incentives has shown that improving the organization of labor remuneration of workers in the production of eggs can be done through the introduction of material incentives (bonuses) for saving material costs (food, electricity, petroleum products). These measure financial incentives will reduce material costs by 3 % for each article. As a result, improving the organization of labor remuneration in JSC “Poultry “Sverdlovsk” by introducing bonuses for workers for saving material costs along with the existing types of bonuses for completing the plan of production, product quality, reducing bird deaths, will significantly improve the financial performance of the company. Cost reduction by saving material costs will reduce the sale price of eggs and thereby contribute to increased sales.
