Today synthetic approach is widespread, and his followers offer different interpretations of the content of competence. Competence is demonstrated by the employee’s ability to perform certain business functions. Competence is only a part, one of the elements of the management system, but in combination with the culture of control they provide the most efficient functioning of the organization.
